Birmingham Museums

Group visits at
Birmingham Museums Trust
Birmingham Museums has extraordinary venues that provide a fascinating glimpse into Birmingham's rich and vibrant past. We have a portfolio of really special venues that are steeped in History. From its fascinating heritage in the manufacturing industry including the inventions of the Steam engine and the light bulb to the still vibrant jewellery making trade in the historic Jewellery Quarter.
On the outskirts of the city you will find our grand old mansions set in stunning gardens, and other charming venues that all tell an intriguing story.
We have tour packages to cater for a wide range of interests including fine art, industrial history, the English Civil War, medieval history, the world of JRR Tolkien and many more. We also offer a number of combined packages where visitors can see more than one site in a day to get a more comprehensive overview of the city's heritage.
Our newly launched experiences include Ghost Tours at Aston Hall, Insights in to engineering and inventions from Birmingham, at Thinktank, Birmingham’s Science Museum and our Shared History Tour with Aston Villa Football Club. We also have a wonderfully
festive tour, a day to remember of tours, live Christmas music at Birmingham Town Hall, festive afternoon tea and a visit to the Frankfurt Market.
